Transparency - Ensuring residents have access to timely and accurate information, reasons for decisions that are made, and a clear understanding of how their tax dollars are spent. Fiscal Responsibility - Revenue generated by taxes must be spent thoughtfully and cautiously, prioritizing "needs" over "wants".
